Rained last night and Thunder Storms this afternoon. Supposed to clear up by Thursday some and warm back up over the week end? We have got allmost 1/2 inch of rain in a few days now. That is a lot for us but places around us have got a lot more! The fires are just about out now just some mop up crews on them cleaning up left over hot spots. Mark H.

YA! I wasn't ready to retire the Tender for the winter yet!! Still could get a few good days of work out of it. I did put another Door into the Smaller Barn today to put my Summer Equipment inside for the winter. The Girls filled up the Barn with hay and left me a area in the back for the movers and stuff?? Problem was the hay is in the way to get to it! So I cut in another door instead of moving 7 ton of hay out of the way, seemed easier. They did leave me enought room to slide by the bales to get to the back for cutting the door. Mark H.

Patria told me that some years ago somebody here imported a container of snow to give PR children the opportunity to build snowmans and throw snowballs. It must have been quite something for kids who have no idea what snow is...

I hope though that it will stay away from you guys up there for a while!
