Looking for a recipe i think it is called Queen Anne's Relish, it is somewhat like mustard pickles, but without cauliflower, the cukes are peeled, chunked and seeded and there are onions in it. Great thing to eat, can't find a recipe. HELP!!

Sort of sounds like this:

MUSTARD RELISH

12 lg. cucumbers
4 to 6 med. onions
1/4 c. salt
3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. turmeric
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
Grind cucumbers and onions. Drain overnight with salt on top.

Mix sugar, vinegar, turmeric, hot water, flour and mustard. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Boil until clear. Put in jars and seal. Makes 5 quarts.

Good with hamburger steaks
