Well, gonna give y'all two for one today, since I was late, and thats all the pics until next time I have a batch for everybody. :) Hope everybody enjoyed them!

This pic is of the extention I made onto the run, it is 6 foot longer than it was now, and has a roost bar inside, and a little door just for them, so they can go in that way if they so choose. :)

Thankyou! I had to make it squirrel proof more than anything, had a few loose places, but they are all wired up now. Trial and error thing.

It sure seems they're enjoying that watermelon. And they're getting along real well together too. No fighting or "pecking order" going on there.

Kelly mark me down as one of the folks who enjoy your daily chicken pics please.

Thankyou for the encouragement. :) Yeah, at first the speckled sussex were not too welcome by the buffs, but they are getting along now, very few disputes, and if there is, its very minor.

Uhhhhh Kelly......    Posted 08-27-2004 at 18:21:44       [Reply]  [No Email]
dat George in Texas has a rep of being de biggest Geritol-drinking, chicken stealing, non-comprehending flatlander, and stealer of bicycle seats east of Houston. Dem Texas Rangers been after him fer years but he disguises hisself purty good as a Canadian tourist. Don't give him directions to yer chicken coop fer sure!!!
