Every OLD person I run into, I ask if theyve ever seen a July/Aug like this one, and ALL say they same thing. Theyve NEVER seen a Jly/Aug like these this year. Yes, ive seen the leaves falling yellow here too. Dont understandit tho, weve had plenty of rain, or at least more so then ever here that I can remember, and it hasnt really been that cool/cold here yet???

migrating birds leave when their food supply peters out. the flowers (etc) that the h birds need have run their course and the birds are headed to better feeding grounds.

OUrs have been changing on the dogwoods, started two weeks ago, I have a feeling its gonna be an early fall. I won't mind, at least it won't be 95 degrees every day in Perry while I am doing the fair, which it was last time. :( So, I will take a little early cool weather. :)

Up Here in NH I am sorry to admit that I think we ARE in for an early Fall..some trees are already turning to red..Crows and Ravens as well as..I think Grackles aplenty..more than I have EVER seen together..Also had 12 turkeys in Ashland ballpark yesterday..That has only happened once or twice since I have lived in NH..and that has been 10 yrs running now..Hummingbirds? I think I missed them completely..My broccoli had a strange occurance tho..rather than make actual vegetable parts..they got pretty FLOWERS!! ICK!! Anyone having this prob and can u eat this?
