First..he had all his teeth but is very sick and after 14 yrs and not living together it was best to stay loving him but walk away so he can have his space..sometimes it just is what it is..He is still my best friend..some things are just timed wrong..For any and all of u who were bitter..please don't be..I know my self and in life..God don't MAKE no trash so modesty has no place in my life..So that answers that..I know that there are good men and women out there..there must be with so many people asking for mates right?? What will happen will happen..I just get frusrated like anyone else..and as for those 20 yr olds?? DEFINATELY couldn't keep up and I see proof of that EVERY day at school..so ..God bless u all for having the loves of your lives..mine had to pass..and as for Rotsa RUCK?? Sign your name to waht you have to say or step back..only God has the right to judge..huggs to all of you..oh yeah..We had Laconia week as well here..Wouldn't waste my breath but had fun anyhoo!! Huggs all!

The best way to find someone is to stop looking. I was raising my son for 5 years after my divorce and had met some real losers and had just given up. i took a new job in a paint store and this really nice guy kept coming in to buy stuff and we always had a lot to say to each other and one day he said "why can't i meet a single girl like you, all the good ones are married" So i told him I wasn't married and he said "so when can I buy you dinner' one year later we were married and have been together for 15 years.

Well Aprille, It's been a long time since I've been in the hunt for female companionship, but in my day, the best success was found when we came across a whole herd of them together. That way there was a wider selection of models and styles to choose from.

I look at it kinda like huntin' & fishin', ya gotta put out the right bait. For the younger ones, something flashy and glittery ought to get attention. For the slightly more experienced game, something that looks comfortable and smells nice would be in order.

For us broken-down old codgers, a pick-up truck and a fresh peach pie is all it would take to bag your limit.

Remember, when you're on the stalk, any sudden moves can scare off your quarry. Reel them in slowly but firmly so they don't spit the hook or break the line ;-)

aren't you being judgmental not even considering a guy with out teeth or that doesn't ride a harley etc... i'm sure that there are lots of mighty find men that do neither. and in my humble opinion the computer is the wrong place to look for a date.

I think that your post was heavily tinged with humor and I didn't miss that, I know you weren't being crass or judgmental, but it does worry me that appearance seems to mean a lot to you. Too few of us look like what we wished we looked like. I hope you find the perfect man of your dreams, but I'd be willing to bet you a paycheck that when you do...he doesn't look anything like what you think he will. (wink)

You're a sweetie...you'll find a sweetie if you let it happen.

Ahaha!! Well..they do say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder..The Harley is a lifestyle thing..I love ridin' and am not going to disrespect someone by taking off with a friend for a putt..people get upset with that..I understand it looks superficial in writting but I am not looking for an Adonis..Teeth are important..I am ONLY talking FRONT teeth here..If I can't SEE the back ones out then I don't CARE about the back ones..remember at SOME point we WILL kiss!! I am not flashy nor trashy..I am not a classic beauty by any sense..but I am a sweetheart..and a doll..I know my strengths and weaknesses..muchly strengths..not many weaknesses :)I have NOTHING against Baldness but I do not like a man who swears in eateries..or CAN'T HEAR me..or dresses inappropriatly when going out to dinner..OR doesn't remember to OPEN a DOOR!! I want a man..Not a neanderthal..or a mama's boy..and I am dating..the negatives I refer to are true LIFE examples of the men I have gone out with..School is my second priority after my kids..So ..the men thing WILL happen when it happens..lol..I just got a bit PEEVED..Loved the fishing/hunting euphimism btw ty!!
