HI.
My name is riccardo,I have28 yers old and I'm a woodsman.
I write from Italy country where I live and work.
Unfortunately in italy are't forum, and so..
I hope to not disturb too much if i mak to you two questions
the first is about chainsaw(strange!)
now i use an old husky 272 and an old 044 stihl.
Both are dying!
Is more the time that I pass with a screwdriver in my hand than milling...
I don't want to ask wich is the best chain, I think that they are different, nothing else.
The question is if the new 385 is more powerful than MS440, or 044.
more the 385 xp could be the equipollent of stihl 066?
the second (third) is about shop.
In italy when you go to buy a chainsaw the dealer usually rip you with his tremendous prices.
for example a MS440 costs about 1150 US.
In USA prices are lower and I would buy chainsaw on line..
do you know some shop that sells on line?
Thank you very much.

I love my job!

Hey Rikki,

Try to buy the Stihl online in Germany - that's where they are being made. I found out that Stihl tools are more expensive over here than in Germany.. Good luck!
