This question may sound rather weird...but my computer mouse isn't working well...the instructions says to clean the little ball in the bottom but it fails to tell me how to get it out and what to clean it with??? Any suggestions??? Thanks..KatG

Gerrit`s insructions are great and i will add only
this, when cleaning the ball and the inside i use
a alcohol wipe. i did mine today and do it about
once a week and it feels and works like brand new.

Hey Kat,

On the bottom of your mouse you should be able to turn the lid which covers the ball by twisting it counter clockwise.
Take the ball out and clean it with a paper towel or so.
Look inside and you will see three little wheels. They are most likely covered with a sticky layer of dust. Use tweezers to get this sticky layer of the wheels, clean them with a paper towel or a q-tip. Put the ball back in, close the lid and you're all set for a couple of weeks..
