I found this site by accident.I tested my browser here.It is a legitimate site because I found it on a reliable (trusted) site. The name is Jasons Toolbox. This PC passed the browser test real well.I have a lot of extra programs to block spyware and virus pluss the Mozilla browser one or two posters recommended to me here. I also like Zone Alert which lets me know how many scumbags try to break in my PC. But here is the test . I think. If not get a search for Jasons toolbox. Oh It make take ten mins if you go the whole test,But worth the effort if you hate the scumbags who try to destroy your PC.

Thanks Clod! Firefox passed with flying colors. (Was there any doubt?) If you're still using IE, go to the site, run the tests. Then take the 5 minutes to download and install and configure Firefox. You'll be amazed at the difference.

Actually I think it was Peanut that really recommended Firefox to everyone. I kinda mentioned it at the end of a reply to Lenore(?) and he took it and ran with it. I'm glad you like it though, since I quit using as many microsoft products as I can (I use winders 98 and that's it) I haven't had hardly any trouble. Don't know what a pop-up is. No spyware. Haven't had a virus for years.

Right now I'm trying to dump microsoft all together and run Linux. In fact this is being typed on mozilla on White Box Linux. Tried to install Mandrake earlier and my friend with the fast connection failed to download CD 4. So I'll play with this for awhile.
