I got a tiny kitten yesterday only just about 8 weeks . Her momma got killed and one of the ladies at church brought her to me. She's going to be an indoor cat but my problem is ,she's got fleas. All the stuff I use on the other cats say 12 weeks or older.Any suggestions for this kitten???

put her in a warm bath w/ dish washing soap and watch the fleas evacuate, then drain them down the sink. kitten would will probably not appreciate your efforts... but it works

I just had the same problem. I bought Frontline Plus Green for Cats & Kittens, six month supply, for $39.95 from Pet Shed on the internet. It was the cheapest I could find and it WILL NOT HARM kittens.

If you dont kill the fleas you'll end up with an infestation that will only be cured by a nuclear bomb.

Here is the link the Pet Shed.

Don't forget to get the kitty checked for Heart worms..those fleas can kill a cat off faster than anything and the worms just tear up their little bodies..have lost 2 kittens due to that..because I didn't know better..have a happy!
