Does a 1984 Ford 4x4 ,300 6 cyl. have a fuel filter in the tank ?

i don,t know off hand but i doubt it, probably a inline one on the engine and maybe one goin into the carb (maybe)i try to stay away from fords as much as possible lol.

check the frame rail there might be one running along there just follow the line, i don,t have any ford books to check for you , bob ont might know , i don,t do a whole lot on fords , even been a while since i owned them.
