we nursed a fouled fuel filter on a psd ford. stop & go down the highway in the middle of the night. pulling a bobcat with 3 attachments. wally world was open. bought 2 cans of carb cleaner and blew out the filter. soaked it in fuel and blew it out some more and drove off. took 2 hours to get it right, but made it home in time to eat breakfast. had several seniors what was campin in the lot offer me coffee and conversation while i was at it.

Yup, my last episode of that was replacing a gas filter, located in the frame rail of a Suburban, at 10:00 PM in the Wally World parking lot, at 20 below zero, in a 25 MPH wind.

The funny part is, I went back into the store to get a hooded sweatshirt to go over my good jacket (this wasn't a planned repair), and they had none, as they had switched over to the spring clothing line! (Or was it the SUMMER line?)

Walmart corporate headquarters jumps the gun a bit on when winter ends in North Dakota!!!

(always the bearer of tragic news)

Sure it will, cause only us rednecks carry the tools to do it onsite! LOL

Back when snowmobiles had seat risers I had a
neighbor who carried enough tools to overhaul a
V8 engine. I the weight gave him traction. LOL
