This morning dad was talking to the south half's Constable and dad mentioned giving him a key and a permission slip to patrol the landfill. Dad explained to him what happened this weekend. He said that the exdeputy we have a right of way through his moms property where the gate is was calling around on a radio and was asking who was the head fire chief of Belmont that he needed a chain to tow a 4 wheeler out of a ditch. Dad had asked him about the incident before we talked to the Constable and he lied about it. he had a key to the gate I think they used it to get into the landfill and over to the tractor. We may offer to buy the right of way which is 4 acres for a higher than normal price. We also found out that it was 2 women on the 4 wheeler. and somehow the Constable knew who they were. he offered to take a look and interview the deputy. Theres a big stirr with the deputy as he had just been fired for misconduct with a female prisoner . Id love to catch the 2 that damaged the gate and a few others since the incident happened we have had the same car pull into the landfill and saw us then sped away. We may have to do some sit and wait activities. We have a storm house on the hill by the gate the I thought about sitting in there a few hours when one comes in lock them in the landfill and call the cops. After all theres a long line of tresspassing signs there at the gate. From experience they can come back that night and sugar something if you use a spike strip for a car or atv, but about 500 to 1000 dollar fines make believers out of 98 percent of them.

If they're coming back then they must have lost something. Get a metal detector, maybe you'll find a cell phone!

A real good clip over the back of the head with a real big stick makes better believers out of them Taylor.
