Yes, but not in a little pond like this. I never heard that word before. Had to google it to find out what you were talking about.
I've heard tell of big muskies in the Connecticut River.
Warm water fish are more likely to be pickerel and perch than "Esox".

Just wondering,the area looks like Boulder Jct. in northern Wi.,they have some nice fish come out of little named lakes that are about the size of your ponds. :)
