I just bought a properity just noth of Toledo.
On the properity I found an old wooden spoke wagon. The rim are steel with numatic tires. It is not very big.
The bed is wooden and mostly rotted or missing.
Anyone have any idea's about it?

Hi Bob, I'm wondering if it may be light horse, pony, or maybe even a goat wagon????

Hi, live in Defiance, O and Turnbull made wagons here in town (1900). Farmers would have them cut down and attach car rims to put rubber tire's on them.

I have one.I bought at a sale. Can you post photo or describe better.Mine is the covered wagon without the material part,blue/green color. This wagon was used to go for feed, household things,a 2 seater. The wagon is maybe 10' long, about 5'wide.It has a wooden handle that was the brake.Around here people get them out to sit on thier property.Ours is in good shape.
