Hello Everyone, The past week has been as good as it gets here. We have really enjoyed this trip. The fishing hasn't been as good as in past years but that's ok. As they say, fishing isn't all about catching. Sometimes, it's just good to be holding a rod with high expectations. I caught a few stripped bass but none that were at or above the 28 inch legal size limit. Caught a few Sand Sharks and several Sting Rays in the process. Also, several Bluefish and more undersized Sea Bass than you can imagine. Ah, but, I pulled in 2 nice Tautogs and Nancy got 1.
Our Nephew came down with his wife on Friday. He caught four Fluke which is another name for winter Flounder.

We're be here through Wednesday. Then back home for a few days and then on to visit sisters in Ohio.

Y'all take care now, ya heah?.......gfp

Sorry I haven't had time to get up with you. Sounds like you're doing OK. The weather is too nice for the fall fishing to be good. The rock only bite when it's nasty out there.

Them 'togs is dome darn good eating though...

What counts most is not the number and size of the fish but just how much you enjoy it. It seems you are having a great time. You can make up fish tales later. Glad to see you get some rest.
