I dont have one and really nevery needed one. What kind of tractor do you want to put it on or what kind do you have it on? I have a 51 and 52 8n but for my use the little 4 cyl does everything i want it to. If i farmed the extry power would be nice.James(Ga)

Early 52' 8N. Has Sherman over/under. 95 HP 6 cyl engine. Got lotsa issues, but it runs good. Hydraulics hold the hog up for about 5 minutes after shutting down so taint bad in that dept. Minor things like needing new carb, manifold gaskets, fixing governor. Got it 3 months ago. First outing I busted 6 shear pins doing 10 acres with the hog. I was wackin down and chewin up stuff up to 2" thick.

Don't have one, Mike...but often wondered how the drive train stands up to the extra power.... I bet they are a quiet running little this engine the one with the distributor in the front or on the side? or does it matter?? Sixty or eighty HP??? Hope I'm right on the Funk conversion......Have a gooder, R.E.L.

Got so involved in topic, I posted above.
One small insignificant detail I might mention up there Kat. I might have been a very happy bachelor all these years had it not been for a basic little black cocktail dress in navy-blue. I was blind sided. Married in December, It has been Christmas ever since.
