Seems like he may have messed up, he denies touching her, but don't see where he denies any of the other accusations. Ought to be interesting
If she has any of this on tape, he is GONE

If he did it, he's stupider than I thought possible. If he did it and she came back to work for him again after her stint at CNN, she's just as stupid.

also it wouldn't suprise me one bit if these two were in "cahoots" together to make some money and sell more books!

Opinion? Sure. Overweight, mouthy, bossy women should be kept on an isolated island.

Overweight, mouthy, bossy men should watch sport events.

Every two weeks they should get together. That give s the lawyers time to decide what they should file suit on.

Don't hold back....    Posted 10-15-2004 at 13:15:57       [Reply]  [No Email]
.... tell us what you REALLY think!!!
The Not Overweight, But Definitely Mouthy, Bossy Melanie

"Shortly after O'Reilly filed his suit, Mackris fired back with a lawsuit of her own, alleging that O'Reilly forced her to have phone s**x with him several times against her will while she was in his employ"

I guess he held a gun to the phone huh?

Amazing that her suit was filed after his. I believe her lawyer's ego is getting things stirred up,in an obvious sham.

Lawsuits should not be allowed to be filed on any situation after two years after the fact. All this "memory suppression crap is just that, crap"
Just another way for unscrupulous lawyers to make a buck.

I'm glad to see that O'reilly is fighting back and not just making an "out of court settlement", so at least her lawyer will have to prove some of the facts and not earn, opps, steal someone's money cause they are afraid of the publicity

the accuser started working for o'reily in apr., 2000, worked for four years then left, came back at later date. don't know when the incident(s) happened.

Pardon my ignorance, but who is this guy O'rielly? Why do people dislike him so much? I don't watch much tv so I really don't know anything about him.

o'reilly is just another "legend in his own mind" bigmouth media type. there was a time i liked his style, he has no style anymore, unless you call "rabble-rousing" a style.

What goes around comes around. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

I couldn't care less, One way or the other. But, It will drag on for longer than the Jacko, OJ and Peterson trial combined.

I'm only mildly interested to see if he puts a SPIN on it. Maybe, he is a target of the other news agencies he is always putting down. Or, maybe he was wrongfully accused. I'll tune in once or twice a month to see what's happening. But, I'm not much on Celebrity issues.....gfp

What are her grounds? Waiting years before announcing she disliked the attention.

My wife has so mercilessly picked on me I can't go out, be seen, in public in her night gown anymore!

It just ain't right!!!!!
I've been so abused.....!

I always wonder why people say nothing for years if these things happen to them. Do they wait till the person has more money for a civil suit or pay-off? I often wonder about the motivation even if they are telling the truth.

Another case like the Clarence Thomas thing. One
report I heard was that she quit and came back for
more too, just like Thomas' secretary just waiting
for the right time to make the kill. I don't
condone that type of conduct,(by the guys) but by the same token it shouldn't be let go on and
then go for the jugular.
