Grew up in Falmouth, just outside of Portland.
Own a farm just outside of Caribou.
Forced to live against my will in
Taxachussettes by a headstrong wife who
doesn't want to live in Caribou...
Can't afford to live in Falmouth either although
she'd go there.

Well for now we live in Falmouth Ma. But I can't wait to get to Maine. We have a place in the Waldo area 5 1/2 hour drive from the Cape. I do not enjoy that Boston driving. But when we get to Maine it is sure worth the drive.

Well, heres one way to think about Boston
driving, it prepares you for going other places.
We went to Barbados a couple of years ago
and everybody said "don't drive, they're crazy."
well the car (moke) rental was part of the
package, so we figured we'd give it a try and if
it was too crazy we'd just go back. The hardest
part of driving was sitting on the wrong side of
the car, and I had to remind myself everytime I
pulled out to drive on the LEFT side. Other
than that its no crazier there than here.
Rotarys don't bother me a bit, and there
everybody uses the horn to wave so you hear
it alot. What fun.

I figure in a couple years we'll move back
north. Maybe go somewhere like Augusta or
Waterville. Somewhere close enough the
Portland isn't a huge drive, but far enough out
that we can get some land for less than a
billion dollars.

I'm in Prospect Harbor, off Route 1, about half way between Ellsworth and Milbridge. Thats just west of the Hancock/Washington county line.
