i have been looking at old photos (school and otherwise) and there are no props in any of them, including those during WWII. why mention jesse jackson? why not the ACLU, arlen spector, pres bush, sen. kerry, john mccain, jane fonda or bertie the bunyip?

We have an ongoing flap here in NH about a kid who wants his yearbook picture to be him with his shotgun. Evidently guns are such evil things that even a picture of one can not be allowed.

Read those posts earlier, I can't comprehend what some people are thinking.
As long as it isn't porn or blatant advertising, this is America afterall.
And on the otherhand, why do kids need anything in their picture? I stood there in my suit and tie and haven't had too many complaints.
