Willy-N    Posted 10-22-2004 at 23:32:46       [Reply]  [No Email]
You could pretend to be Burr and tease Clod to get him going? Clod you did not hear that. Mark H.

~Lenore    Posted 10-23-2004 at 09:58:21       [Reply]  [No Email]
Teasing? I dont think so.
Lying and harassing? yes
Fun? I guess different folks find different things "fun".
I do not find Burr fun at all.
Of course, that is just my taste.

Les    Posted 10-23-2004 at 19:06:55       [Reply]  [No Email]
Isn't it funny that so many can't see that, Lenore? It's not just your taste, it's your good instincts. You have it exactly right.

toolman    Posted 10-23-2004 at 10:49:46       [Reply]  [No Email]
i like burr and i like clod and it really troubles me when i see things happen like have been happening, i wish i could help them but i have learned to stay out of stuff like that you only end up on the wrong end of things, i just wish they could at least get along , were they not friends at one time, it is a shame.

~Lenore    Posted 10-23-2004 at 12:36:02       [Reply]  [No Email]
I probably should keep out of this... but I cant.
Everything went just fine until Clod stated his opinions on the "liberal democrats".
I guess Mr. Burr could not stand it and then he got personal and started insulting Clod and lying about him.
Being one of the most honest people I know,
this did not particularly please Clod.
He has refrained from making any insulting comments about Burrhead's personal life situations;
he could but he is just not that kind of guy.
I have said too much and probably will live to regret saying it.
Wont be the first time unfortunately.

Burrhead    Posted 10-23-2004 at 17:08:32       [Reply]  [No Email]
~Lenore you are traveling on the wrong info this time. I do appreciate you being a character witness for the court tho. That means alot to me, seeing as you don't know me and have never known me.

When I asked Doug to stop his lying is when it hit the fan. This has nothing to do with liberals, democrats or republicans.

This is simply Doug coming into rut and showing out for you, and yes mam I have known Doug many years. He will lie to you.

Clod    Posted 10-23-2004 at 17:13:26       [Reply]  [No Email]
You idiot. What are you on now?

Burrhead    Posted 10-23-2004 at 17:44:15       [Reply]  [No Email]
Did you leap off any tall buildings or stop a run away locomotive today there banjo boy??

Clod    Posted 10-23-2004 at 17:51:45       [Reply]  [No Email]
You sure talk like a big man. Tell me some of those hydraulic conversions you made. As for me lying.. What do you think I would tell about you? Have you charged any condensers lately? With high tension electricity?

Burrhead    Posted 10-23-2004 at 17:58:48       [Reply]  [No Email]
Before I answer that question for you Professor KeenBean I need to know did you ever register to vote???

Clod    Posted 10-23-2004 at 18:01:17       [Reply]  [No Email]
YES!! Ofcourse! To cancel yours.

Burrhead    Posted 10-23-2004 at 18:10:59       [Reply]  [No Email]
I hope you did. I love to see whiners vote instead of just sit around reading them communist ratwing newsletters and rambling.

RN    Posted 10-23-2004 at 18:58:53       [Reply]  [No Email]
Burrhead: welcome back. 'Communist ratwing newsletters'? Oxymoron? An example please- both Communist and ratwing? As communist = marxist/leninist= godless communist. Perhaps you mean some of the older Amana newspapers? Just being picky/precise about words, some 'liberals' seem to have a slightly different than dictionary meaning to some words. We've still got about a week untill election to have fun. RN

Burrhead    Posted 10-23-2004 at 19:09:17       [Reply]  [No Email]
yeah but if you notice how them ratwings operate on things, they claim the high moral ground but sit around listening to them self hypnosis ratwing talk shows and try to impose communist values.

Before we talk any politics I need to know that you are a registered voter. I made a mistake and got into a conversation with a good ole boy that probly aint even registered.

If he is registered it won't do any good for him. He won't keep his car legal so he can go vote.

He cant even early vote thru the mail cause he POed the postman and cant get mail either. poor dear.

RN    Posted 10-23-2004 at 19:29:02       [Reply]  [No Email]
Burrhead: Registered and voted many years, started with Nixon, figure I made right choice then. Communist values? As in Marxist/Leninist/Soviet values to take political/economic power or old Mennonite/Amana/Kibbutznik values to survive? Moral high ground? -Emphasis on 'moral' or 'high'(as NORML?). We can have a little pun with words now? RN

Burrhead    Posted 10-23-2004 at 19:45:31       [Reply]  [No Email]
Political and economic. I think their emphasis is more on high than moral. Unless you ask one of them a question about something. Then they lose all religion or morals an blame it on liberals.

In other words they think like Clod.

RN    Posted 10-23-2004 at 20:16:14       [Reply]  [No Email]
References to communist by liberals or your statements refer to Marxist/leninist writings- more properly 'socialist' or political thievery of others property- often by progressive taxation. I would refer to Biblical references in Acts or Luke- 'voluntary shareing' of goods for survival of congregation. This would really cause a ruckus on this board so better we stop before Methodist and Catholics skillet us. RN

Clod    Posted 10-23-2004 at 18:34:36       [Reply]  [No Email]
You are the fool who is always whinning. Asking for more government freebies. You talk backwards. liberals are the biggest bunch of sissies who need assistance from taxpayers. Will not fight for the nation and are a general drag on the US economy. Also.. lie like used car salesmen.

Burrhead    Posted 10-23-2004 at 18:49:50       [Reply]  [No Email]
quit whining stupid and see if the nephew needs his pickup washed or the bathrooms cleaned.

Clod    Posted 10-23-2004 at 19:04:01       [Reply]  [No Email]
Beats what you do .Are you still on the dole?

Burrhead    Posted 10-23-2004 at 19:18:16       [Reply]  [No Email]
Clod my dear ignorant neighbor do you cry yoursef to sleep or what??

I do more work ever day than you do in a week. Real work too. It aint that sympathy kinda hang around and whine work that a loser uncle gets by on at a nephews place.

Willy-N    Posted 10-23-2004 at 11:20:23       [Reply]  [No Email]
I was just rambleing with Toolman. I don't have anything against the both of them. It seems they don't get along and the comment was ment to be funny not to harm anyone. Mark H.

These clashes are bound to happen. I've seen my share. Gotta let them work themselves out. The trick is NOT TO GET MAD. Stay calm make your point.
