Good evening.
Sue has a old galvanized tub on a stand. She wants to paint it and sit it out by the shop. What can i clean the galvanize with so she can paint it. Maybe she will paint it yellow and green like my john Deere tractor collection. Going to be a flower planter. Thank you. Archie

Wash it with a degreaser
You must use a primer for galvanized metal. Rust Oleum makes one.
