Never had this problem befor but I am gaining weight now. In high school I weighed 115 in my senior year. I was thin then, when I got into my 50s I was around 130 now hitting 137 and the old 30 inch waist don't fit no more! So I am going to get back to 122-125 by Christmas. Wife has been noticing me sucking in my belly to button the jeans lately. I was 125 in my 30s and felt great so time for a change. Got to get a handle on this befor it gets out of hand. Never thought I would have to diet cause I could eat anything befor. Guess this is what happens when you get older! Mark H.

It's your laundry soap.My wife does our laundry and I believe the soap she is using actually shrinks my clothes, except socks and hankerchiefs.

I aint seen 125 since 5th grade...

Fighting weight for me is 200...At the moment I need to drop 50 pounds to get there...

Quitting smoking has accounted for the last 30 in gained weight...All in the last year...

Being 5' 5" and a small frame 15 lbs shows on me. Got on the scales last night and it proved it. It would probley be like 50 pounds on a large person. Mark H.

You weren't accidently putting on your wife's jeans,Mark, lol, I noticed the same thing as the days get shorter and the nites longer, the scale gets heavier. And December is not even close to here yet. That's always a bad weight gain month for me. Going to have to start driving a skidoo without starting it. Dan in AB

No way to fit into hers! I was 140 once but it was caused by medicen perscribed to me once. I think it also has to do with not having a project going on and laying around more. Guess I need to get off my but and do some thing! Can't aford to go out and buy a bunch more pairs of pants. Mark H.
