We know which canidate the network news support but this missing explovise story has me frightened. The UN knew about the missing weapons for 18 months. They leaked the story one week before the election. Why, to hurt our president? Kerry had to know the story was gonna be leaked, he had his political add all ready for the story. Is the UN trying to sway our elections? Is Kerry really a puppet of the UN? Did this pass the global test. Thank about it folks.

I'm really confused now. Kerry said he was duped into voting to go to war in Iraq because of the fear of WMD's. Then said there were no WMD's. Now he's saying that all of this stuff WAS there and Bush let the terorists get it right out from under our army's watch. If this stuff isn't WMD's when they claim one pound will blow up an airplane, then what is? The military says the stuff was gone when they arrived, only a few empty boxes with FRENCH and GERMAN writing on them. These are the nations Kerry wants to join in his fight againt terrorism? Let's make sure that Bush is re-elected, even if he's not perfect I believe he is the lesser of two evils. At least he doesn't have a new story everyday.

It is a shame that you have to vote for the lesser of two evils. Both wear the flag on their chest and their party manifesto on their backs.

I don't know about who knew what, but follow the timeline and it clearly shows that the UN knew about it, and when we reached the site, it was gone!

a little common sense here. if kerry knew about it then surely bush must have known too. why didn't he difuse the situation earlier??????
if bush didn't know can we trust a president that the UN can hide things from???

Common Sense    Posted 10-27-2004 at 10:27:17       [Reply]  [No Email]
Yes they both knew/know that this is an 18 month old story. They both knew/know that during the invasion our guys entered the compound. Both knew/know that the UN was there before we were. Both knew/know that the UN found those weapons when they were there in 95. Both knew/know that the UN allowed them to keep those weapons in 95. They both knew/know that an imbeded reporter reported, at the time the US entered the compound, nothing was there. Both knew/know that the UN seals were missing at that time. They both knew/know it.

Now enter an election - exit common sense...

One has the support of Communist, Socialist, and Tyrants. One has decided to embrace, and incorparate the support of those outside intrest to advance his own. Is it really any suprise that they would not try to affect our elections by blaming their faults on his oppisition. One repeatedly implies, reports, that he is working with some of those outside intrest even when they themselfs denigh it. One repeatedly degrades the actions of a sitting president with no reguard to the morale, degreation, or saftey of US forces in foriegn lands.

So in the absence of common sense, we now have a race of Bu$h vs Non-Bu$h not Bu$h vs sKerry. However you do need to remember, you may get rid of Bu$h, but your gonna get something, just don't be suprised if its up your backside......

Steve, just about the time I start to hold some hope for you, you come on as though you have been asleep for the past few months. Without proof, it's an opinion. And, no one can prove any such 76,000 pounds of munitions were there when our troops first visited the site. In fact, some reporters disprove the newspaper article. So, I can only conclude that, like the Dan Rather paint job gone haywire, this is too a smear tactic. So, even if you don't like the President, don't just idiocally agree with erronous propaganda from some papers.

You know, there's more at stake here than any political party...........gfp

I have thought about it and Bush will have to have more states recount their votes than Fl. this time.

Don't be surprised son. I work on a very liberal, liberal arts college, and the depressing conversation from these left wingers is that Bush will win. It it pains them so.
