I guess there were more of us "dumb easily led" Republicans than"dumb easily led" Democrats, huh.
OR... maybe some of those Democrats were not so easily led and crossed over!! I know the media thinks we are all stupid. Some of the politicians think so too.

I am mainly glad because one of my best friends' son is in the Army National Guard. J.D. signed up on graduation and was deployed to active duty just about three months after he completed basic. He is a Sgt. now and an M.P. he just turned 21 in time to vote for the first time this election.

He said he and the other m.Ps. there at Fort Campbell were planning to dessert if Kerry was elected as their commanding officer! I think they were just kidding and venting frustration, but I am glad I dont have to find out for sure now.

This is the boy I baby sat for and watched his football games from seventh grade up to graduation and I love him and am very proud of him. I am glad he can feel his first vote really counted!!

Lenore,

What a great day for America! I stayed up till 1:30 just to hear the words "Bush Wins!"

This is gonna be a great 4 years, Bush in the White House and Republicans with a big majority in the House and Senate.

Regards,

Dug

Irag could use a few more MP,s send him over. A few more of you republicans need to get your children inlisted in Bush,s personal war. Over 1100 have died and over 6000 have been maimed. Stand behind your leader, or are you cowards like George JR.

Dug    Posted 11-03-2004 at 20:25:35       [Reply]  [Send Email]
Jerry, Jerry, Jerry,

Ya gotta let it go, Bud. The hate, the rage, it's gonna eat your innards. Bush is a fine man and a GREAT leader. This isn't "his" war, it's the UNs war, but the UN doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to wage it, thus Bush built a coalition and kicked some booty.

Remember Sadam invading Kuwait? Remember WMD used against the Kurds after Gulf War 1? Remember 17 UN resolutions broken? Remember 9/11 and 3,000 Americans dead!!! Remember Sadam paying the family of terrorists after the "deed" was committed?

Ya gotta let it go, man, let it go!!! Don't let the media dumb you down, you're better than that. Learn to think for yourself. Investigate, research, use the internet. Seek the truth, it can be found in the Republican Party and we welcome everybody.

Dubya Rules,

Dug

The part that I enjoyed the most is when I flipped over to see what Dan Rather had to say. His face was soo long that he reminded me of a mule I had one time. Looked like he was at a funeral.

Lenore Im bursting at the seems with joy lol. I had a friend of mine argue today with me over the election he had made several bets with others that Kerry would get it. I need to go rub it in his nose and collect my 20.

Yep! We grabbed some pizzas last night and invited ourselves over to a friends house...big tv and had a great time!

I was particularly happy to hear >Brokaw< discuss that Evangelical's came out and voted and how they feel disenfranchised/mocked/belittled/ ignored/ vilified, etc. by the liberals (how's that for reaching out and unifying????). (I happen to hold a Univ. CA degree and an Masters...only 1/2 dumb religious nut, I guess)

It's so nice to see similarly-minded folk in rural America come out in and make a difference.

[I kinda think that much of liberalism acts JUST LIKE a religion. They have many "moral rules" and many people are damned to "liberal hell" for failing to make the grade.]

ok...I'm done ranting, will continue to celebrate...and am very happy.

Dave in Kalifornia!!

Lenore and all, I can't help but to do a little gloating. For, most of this year I have listened to Wrong War, wrong place and wrong time. The first time I heard it, I thought to myself, there's never a right place or time for war. But, If a nation allows it's people to be killed without retaliation, it can't long endure.

John Kerry didn't care about this nation and it's people, he only cared about fulfilling a life long dream. And, that was to be President.

So, Mr. Kerry, you will never know how happy I am that you lost. Thanks America's cross-over Democrats..........gfp

The media reported that the Dems in Ohio were not even interested in the results of the Absentee Ballotts from members of the Armed Forces cuz they knew CatsupBoy wasn't gonna get diddly squat for votes from our boys. Comforting ain't it??

LOL!
LMAO!

Dear God....I was so worried.
What bothers me is that the race was even CLOSE.
It bothers me that there are that many people that are that liberal!

I'm a reg. Democrat but I voted for Bush!

Thank God he won.
