The Quiet Man

And so, for perhaps the seventh thousandth time, Turner Classic Movies is showing "The Quiet Man" on channel 37.

Now, I haven't been on hand to see it that many times but it is my all time favorite movie. Therefore, I suppose I have seen it at least 20 or more times. The first time I saw it I fell in Love with Maureen O'hara and it's a love affair that's lived in a small corner of my heart ever since.

I think I'll get away from this computer and go into the family room. The big fight scene will be on in a few minutes and I have just enough time to make popcorn in the Microwave.

I think thats the only movie where I saw a stationery steam engine working. Dont remember what they were doing. I saw a self propelled engine once, and there was this indian kid (I think) and it scared him so he ran up a tree. All I remember about that

That is one of the best movie I ever saw too.

I like the preacher keeping a secret part.

Yeah,but that irishman is sure tough I've seem him get his butt kicked 30+ times and boy is he ever stupid , just keeps doing it over and over again!!!!!lol
