Harvested our first ones today, got over 5 pounds off of one plant. Have one row with about 25 plants this year as an experiment, so I guess we did ok quantity-wise. They're sure easy to grow, took off like weeds.

Wife's going to cook 'em up in a creamed potato bake tonight, instead of the potatoes so we'll see if they're worth digging any more. Taste good raw, sort of like potato but with something "extra" I can't quite place. Just a little hard to clean (unless somebody's got a tip?) all the dirt out of the nooks and crannies.
