Husband Found 30 grey morels yesterday...

Didn't think we were going to find any. Here's
how we prepare them: Soak in water, to get all
insects, etc. out. Then slice them horizontally
(in rings). I cut off the bottom of the stem.
Flour morels and stems. Place in skillet of 2T
melted Parkay. Salt and Pepper. Fry on low to med. heat each side about 10 minutes or until done. (I add more Parkay to skillet as they
cook, usually going through 1/2 stick of Parkay.)
Now I have to go asparagus hunting!
