this is your neighbor north of you a hundred miles or so at Edwards Junction north of onzone. been reeding and seems like you are really enjoying the farm life, and thats great. keep enjoying. I was born here close to where we live now, moved to Louisiana with mom and dad right after world war 2, lived there til a few years back, married a lady from Bogulousa La., retired on a mental disability, umm, he he. and wound back up where i started. lots of fine folks up this way, still with a lot of the old timey ways and a lot of fine young people also. when we left this part of the country , mail was still being delivered by horse from down at clarksville via ozone, salus, fallsville , walnut valley, swain , nail and then toDeer ark, and return route to clarksville. took all of 3 days. Are ya likein that david bradly tractor? sure no need for a stair stepper with that thing arround , do ya? I remember my dad plowing with a horse up here and the kids would be right behind hin pickin up rocks out of the small field he would plow, so u right , arkansas has the worse case senerio when it comes to rocks. guess thats why ya see so many old fence rows of rocks everwhere ya go. we would pick up the rocks , put them on a old car hood and drag them off with the horse and throw them in a hole some where . enough of my nostalgic runnin on. live that farm life to the fullestand enjoy every minute . dont get any better than what ya got and are enjoyin. robert

What a very nice surprize!!!!!!
My husband is from Louisiana and I am from Texas but we decided to move to Arkansas when we got together...
Yes I love it here...and yes the rocks are everywhere..lol..
When we first came here I wondered why so many folks had rock houses ..now I know...
It is beautiful up around Ozone and where you live...It used to be so nice...quiet and country here but the town is starting to spread to out here even though we are 6 miles out...
Yeap that is just what I tod Matt ...that with old David you sure don't need a gym to tighten up those thighs...That thing is a workhorse...One of our blades on the disc broke or something or other...got to get it welded and not even a welding shop in Booneville anymore...
But the weather is fixing to turn nasty and cold so guess wh won't have no need for it for a few days anyway..lol..
HAve a good Thanksgiving and nice talking to you...KAtG
