bout four years ago, the farmer across the hollow came in from his deer stand to eat lunch and do some chores. He went back out in two hours and found a hunter in his stand. Now his stand was on his own posted property and approximately350 feet from the closest property line. The hunter in the stand turned out to be a 17 yr old. The farmer, who lacks any tact and finesse, immediately demands the hunter get the F off his property. The hunter said not a word, but started climbing down. Farmer is still P.O'ed about this trespasser and just keeps up the profanity. Just about the time the hunter gets to the ground, someone grabs the farmer from behind and slugs him. Turns out to be the hunter's father who starts screaming at farmer for using such language at the hunter, his daughter, the 17 yr old. Farmer and father get into a real tussle, cops get called, etc. Trespassing charges are brought as well as assault charges. Father is insistant that the stand was on his property, not farmer's and hires a surveyor to check the lines. Out of a real odd twist of fate. It seems that when the deed to father's previous owner was done, the secretary or lawyer made an error and the metes and bounds description of the property had numbers and angles transposed. According to the recent deed as written, the father and hunter were indeed on their own property. But going back to the deed from fifty years ago, they were off their property onto farmer's property. The whole thing became quite a mess. While the Wisconsin thing is far worse, I guess it is just a reminder that it can be close to home as well.

I was given directions to a friends house in the city - Got there n sat on his porch 'till 8 non-whites came n called me names and told me to leave. They said I was tresspassing. So I opened fire on them - A kid and female were included in the death toll
But believe me, I was provoked and feared for my life as I riddled them full of holes in the back as they ran
Can anyone honestly defend this?

He emptied his clip(s) in a group of people not even knowing where he was or what was behind the group that he was shooting in to
But, they were white, so he was "just" in doing so

This aint right.
