Welcome to East Texas, D.J.! My place is about 30 mi. south of you near Athens. Go through your fine town at least once a week. You will grow to have a love/hate relationship with the First Monday crowds. Can't get around on Friday through Sunday once a month in Canton. But I do love to go the First Monday flea market, manage to do it about 5 or 6 times a year. Biggest and best flea market in the world! I got the cousin to your TO-20, a 1948 Ford 8N. But I couldn't put her to work yesterday - flat tire and left my compressor at the other house.

I was one of several DJs who hosted a Western Swing festival in Canton back in Aug,1988. Too damn hot & humid.

Welcome to the board dj- east Tex. You gave me a start there for a minute!! We had a DJ on the KT board not long ago - a woman that made "Hugo" look like a slumber party after everyone was asleep!!

There are alot of good people here - some REAL farmers, some part time REALY farmers, some soon to be (practicing) farmers, and then people like me who are county but not really country!!! and play with the idea of farming in as much as the land will allow. Right now my well is dry so I'm not even dreaming and thinking about watering my pasture with city water!! lol I don't even own a tractor but these good ol' boys and girls don't care - much. Anyway, Welcome.
