Boy what a Early Snow Storm last night and right now. Been snowing heavy all night and blowing too. We has some good drifts around the place and the roof snow has slipped off several times thru the night. Nothing like being woke up with a rore of sliding snow to make you jump in bed. Looks like 6+ inches over night and more coming down, Still dark out and going to plow the drive so I can at least not put chains on the bus this morning. County is hoping to plow the road befor I have to leave but it is also a mess in town too. Man I love winter!!! Might even get a few good snow picts today! Mark H.

Sadly, I dont think Ive ever missed school or been late to school because of snow. I was deprived! I expect the government to compensate me for that deprivation! Who do I call, the ACLU or do I just apply for a free government money? :)

The kids missed the whole day up on our hill. The plow came thru 15 mins to late. This happens the first heavy snow fall and a couple times the rest of the winter. Mark H.

I have to plow out for the Mail Man this morning too. The county does not do that part of the road. In the begining it is fun to deal with the heavy snow but it gets old fast if it keeps up with out a break now and then. Mark H.

The girls just walked down to the barns to feed inside them. All the cows and horses were chummey and stayed inside last night. Not sure I want to plow with blowing snow in my face yet? Haven't figured how to solve that problem yet. Tried goggles but the just get coverd with snow and a face sheild just fogs up. Best thing I have found so far is to squint and bear it out at least I can see longer than a few miniuts! Bet Toolmans getting dumped on! Mark H.

Just think Mud if you lived here you would not have to cut the grass! Mark H.

Better wait Mark, it will just blow back in deeper if you plow up a bank.

If I wait the tractor won't get thru it! It is that nice wet snow. No more drifts today the top of it is sealed. Mark H.
