Man it has been windy all night! 36 mph sutained up to 41 MPG gusts all night here. course it sure makes 27 degs feel colder!! Some would call that storm weather but around here it is real windy out. Should look into a wind generator for extra power. Mark H.

Now I'm not trying to start any trouble, but I have it from a reliable unamed source, (Toolman's wife) But I ain't sayin who.
Rumor has it that anytime he's awake, there's a strong breeze, never cold, always hot air, and usually it's an explaination of some recently destroyed piece of yard art, having fallen to a snow plow...
Just hearsay mind you, but it's what I've heard.

We're getting 60mph. gusts with a temp of 17.
Last night a wierd warm front wen't through
and raised temps. to the 40s with rain instead
of snow. Lost power several times last nights
from the ice and wind.
Wind is to die down about 4, wouldn't want to
get out on the ice before then.

we had 3 hens that layed right thru winter last year. added bubble gum to their laying mash so in wind weather the hens wouldn't be far from their egg. called that our atl-atl plan. our goose had her own plan - called it aflak-aflak. i had a wet knee once - called it sinovial fluid.

A bit windy here in N. MI, but not 30+mph. I got so much wind here that mosquitos do not land much in the summer & I could heat the house with wind-gens in the winter as winter is more windy than summer here.
