Holidays cause the blues in many. Believe me, you are not missing much. Xmas is for praying & being thankful, not exchanging gifts.

I am guilty as I do give material gifts to my family.

When I am down in a rut, I take a walk around my property and watch the wild life. Then, I become humbled to a childs mind set with the speechless wonderment of creation about me.

Then, I feel privileged to share this earth with other breathing creatures and taking a breath of fresh air brings a wide grin with my arms extended up to the heavens.
