Who besides me....loves omelets? I love just about anything in mine, but ham / cheese, minced onion, minced peppers, and a sprinkle of s/p, ah....good.

Sounds good SusieQ but just plain ham and cheese for me with the black pepper. I try not to add salt to my food and I figure the ham has enough for me. How about a bowl of grits on the side or is that just a southern : )

country ham and milk gravy on toast here this morning . yesterday morning it was sausage gravy over corn cakes . tomrrow maybe country ham and red eye gravy over corn cakes . i do omlets occasionly ... did i say i like gravy ?
