How to Build a Brick Oven

We have recently created a set of free plans to build an
authentic Italian brick oven, and thought it would be a good
idea to share the link with this group. It is the traditional
round brick oven that you see throughou the Italian and
southern French countryside. You can build it using
standard materials. The free plans are on the net at http://
www.fornobravo.com -- click on the Pompeii Oven button.
It's called the Pompeii Oven after the great brick ovens
uncovered in ancient Pompeii.

There is also a Yahoo! Group user group and we provide
free email support to builders. It's a great project, and is
fully wood-fired.
