gotta do one tomorrow and another the next day . after doing one for thanksgiving a couple of years ago family has found out there are better things to eat than fowl . course i did a 70 lb pig on a rotissary cooked with mesquite the 4th of july 2 years ago that is still talked about .

Ya know Bill, I agree. I love turkey but there are lots of good things to eat. I like ham too. Actually, the pig roast sounds great. That is one of my favorite "BBQ" things. Its an all day affair but well worth it.

Enjoy the prime rib grub - sounds good to me.

you are right on the all day affair . started about 6 am came off about 4pm .i made the rig from a 275 gal used fuel oil tank turned at i rpm
