There is over 2" of rain in my rain gauge and it is still raining. Even though its still dark out i can see the reflection of water standing out in the yard and can hear the creek running out back. With all this percipitation, if the temp was around the freezing mark i would be getting snowed in. This front is moving to the north east and more rain to move in our area for the next couple days.

It's so wet here in Ohio (has rained every day for a week now -after the big snow/ice storm right before christmas)that my dogs have to wear hip waders when they go out to pee!

They say a inch of rain equils about one foot of snow! I can't figure why we are getting such high winds and 8 degs temps but no snow? Not complaining wind and snow does not mix well here. We need the snow but the wind can stop anytime. Day 5 of 35+ mph winds and real cold temps!! Mark H.
