Well here is our forcast but we allways get more than Omak does since we are higher up. I bet it changes. There are some warning of heavy snow for Watcom Countys now. Mark H.

They said it was going to start snowing but did not mention anything like that yet! I better watch the forcast section on Warning and Watches for the next storm coming in. Got to fill up the extra Gas Cans tomorrow just in case I am snowed in again for a week plus! Mark H.

Boy, you're right. It's just like a new day when that wind stops chewing you alive. Is the cab on that truck tight against the wind?

Willy-N    Posted 01-05-2005 at 17:04:28       [Reply]  [No Email]
I got a few small holes that need plugged where wires go thru but if it is not blowing hard it is pretty tight. I have no insulation on the fire wall but the roof is insulated and that helps. With out the wind the warm air stays inside better from the heater now. You still have to dress warm but it no frills on this truck! The newer Dodge can spoil you when you drive it! Mark H.

Mark a man with your talent could craft a hard top for that mil 3/4 ton. a little additional carpet affixed to the doors, and on the interior in general would make it a warm vehicle to play around in.

BTW, what ever became of the pwr wagon that was to be auctioned?.....gfp

The M37 does have a Artic Hard Top made out of metal with fiber glass insulation between the sheets of metal. I am thinking of doing some more insulating for the winter in it. The guy who bought the Power Wagon at the last minuite befor auction gave the wrecking company a credit card to pay his bill! It is over 1,800.00 now and still going up at 35.00 a day. He would have been better off paying me the 5.00 a day to store it! If he falls back on the bill they will auction it anyway so no loss to them at all. Mark H.
