We still have several familys snowed in and tring to get them out befor the storm hits. There cars are back at there homes and snow mobils out on the better road. This is Jim going in this morning to one of my neibors places. There road is allmost dangerous to drive on with the drop offs! Mark H.

That is how we are going to get the one guy out! His drifts are so deep it will take to long to get him a nice road so he gets drug out. I will try to get some pictures if I can get in with my truck too, following him. Mark H.

Now I have a new 4X4 road to go on. Make you wonder what they were thinking when they built there house at the end of this and it gets worst closer to the house! Mark H.

We call them roads (privet drive way) but you can't pass on them! It is a side hill cut out of a Basault Loose Rock bank that falls down during the summer and has to be cleaned all the time. Mark H.

I know what you mean. We get folks from the south who buy land in the summer and put a house or trailer on it. They haven't a clue what hit them in the winter. Don't know how to handle it.
This kind of deal will give you a good idea of just what kind of people they are. It brings out the best/worst in them. The ones that take it in stride and thank others for getting them through the first winter will usually hang on and become good neighbors. Those that don't will leave.
When people like that move in, we always hope for the best for them. We need more people up here, so we do what we can.
Chas, Osama bin Plowin, up here in Maine.

We realy enjoy doing this. It makes winter fun around here. I don't have to worry about being snowed in cause I help out the guy with the big stuff for free! It is like playing with the big toys and a reason for bring them out. Mark H.
