The blues are the backbone of this country. And once the reds get through fixing social security there will be a lot of people who voted red that won't be happy. I have been hearing a 200 dollar per month cut in social security. And wait till they fix the federal income tax laws. Us wealthy reds will be paying a lot less in taxes and guess who will be paying the rest.

Heyyyy there bill, come on in. Your lurking days are over. It don't matter nary a little bit that your blue. Stick around here for a while and you'll see your complection changing. It starts with your neck and pretty soon it spreads all over you and all your loved ones. Until, you and your whole circle of family and friends will be carrying signs that read...."Change the stripes on the American Flag. Make it RED, WHITE, and some other color, 'cause blue is out".

I'm all the way up against the Mason/Dixon in your neighboring state of Maryland. I like fishing the Bay. How about you?

Don't be bashful now, we enjoy reading about everyday barnyard activities, so tell us about what goes on at your spread.......gfp

Welcome aboard, Bill. Sound like we have a lot in common, except....

Hopefully you're intelligent, and have an open mind so we'll be able to convert you to the light! Light Red, that is! :-0

Welcome Bill. :) Sounds like you have a nice bunch of animals. If you ever get a notion to, post some pics of them. I can't get enough of chicken pics myself, me having my chickens and all. Glad you came out of the lurk mode. It took me about 6 months before I did, but now I am hooked on this place, and I love to come here as often as I can.

Welcome. You and Burhead can comiserate about red republicans winning the last 2 elections. Then we can discuss the advantages of small critters compared to large ones of same basic type- how do pot belly pigs taste with extra fat layer compared to great white Yorkshire crosses. RN.

them pot bellied don't taste near as good to me.

Only reason I hate it when the money boys get in is cause I had to work for mine and don't like it being stole by get rich quick yuppies in the gubermint.

...pssst, RN, thanks.
I did not realize I had a color assignment.
Then when I saw I did;
I did not know what color I was?!!

I used to be red, white and blue.
I knew whether I was Left or Right;
I also knew if I was liberal or conservative
but the color thing had me stumped.

After reading your post,
I finally figured out my color assignment, too.
Thanks. ;-)
