Ret, what are you taking in the way of medication? I am taking Ambien to help me sleep, and Lortab generic for pain. I find that most any position I sleep in hurts my new hip. But taking those 2 little pills gives some of the best sleep I've had in years. I feel really good most mornings when I get up. And I'm not worried about any problems with the Ambien. You can still wake up during the night for nature's calls and it's so expensive, I don't think I could afford to get addicted to it! ($3 per pill) Jim.

Good morning!
Sorry to hear the knee trouble. The only thing I've found is to stretch and loosen the joint. I've been known to get up half way thru the night just to stretch mine. Hope your situation is such that naps are possible!
Good luck.

Good morning: Try cold-pressed Castor oil on the knee. Read a book on castor oil and won't be without it in the house. Wonderful on the feet. get it at a health food store Make sure it is cold-pressed. Cost about 7 a bottle. not what u buy at the drug store.
