Snow in 1959

This a picture of my granddads car in March of 1959 . Today those banks wouldn't be so high with the same amount of snow. They only had five yard dumps to plow snow then Probably half the HP and weight of what they use these days . and now they throw the snow way back so it doesn't build up so bad .
A bit of the past.

Well it probably went into a 70 chevy
then a 82 plymouth then a 91 dodge
and now it's probably in China
Ya think ?

Had a little freezing rain last night but not bad
Just came back in from throwing ashes out in the field and I don't think we have five inches of snow on the ground . Normally it would be closer to 2 foot
Strange weather, Getting blasted out west and we're sailing right along in nice weather.
and hardly any snow . Gonna throw some more wood in the basement today before it hits us . runnen low down there .
