Got this in email today. Cannot confirm originality but if it's real...... it's real scarry.

I thought it looked doctored also but do not have the time to inspect it right now. Sometimes a bad camera will make someone sharpen the picture which will sometimes look surreal too. But your right, I had heard about 30 feet also. Just not sure actually right now.

A rough guesstimation based on rudimentary knowledge of photo interpetation, that following Wave would be very close to 300 feet high along a path lesding to the Hi Rise in the middle and would certainly go over the top of the Tower Building in left foreground.IMHO of course

I know the Tsunami was devasting; however, It looks to me as though the picture has been doctored. I'm not an expert by any means. I didn't think that Tsunami's had cresting waves.

The camera angle is difficult to check. If you check the height of the building by counting the stories and compare that to the wave, it would appear the wave would be in excess of 200 feet.

all reports i have heard were between 20 and 39 ft. so? i don,t think it,s real, could be , kinda of a scary picture anyway.
