Got stuck trying to clean out the corral. Still icy under some of the deeper layers.

Kraig; That's alot of poop! Are you collecting it? I think I would keep them horse in the big pasture ther in now. Is that from keeping them in small corals during the winter? You should be able to keep up with the poop with that big tractor!! I think I would just put in a big gate and drag it off to a place you have more room to deal with it. BIG piles for more profet later! I have a area I will drag it to near the new barn. I hope I can keep a handle on it my self. I want plenty of room for a loader to pick it up and haul it if I have too. I noticed you have a rock problem to on your place. Those hills look like mine in some areas. Mark H.

The horses do stay in the pasture. I use the corral to grain cows in the winter, hence the pile up. Yeap lots of rocks. I grow them in my corn field. Pick them up when I plant but always more next year.

Now I know where the poop comes from! I could'nt figure how a couple of horses would give you that much. Mark H.

Yep, that's a lotta fertilizer! Pile it new & in a month you'll have saltpetre!

Hey, did you notice either that's a brown chicken looking right or a cat looking left? Or are my eyes going again?

Them's chickens trying to figure what I'm digging up for them.

I don't know what's saltpeter for except for gunpower.

Yeap, my back pasture butts right aginst the SD state line. Looks darker 'cause the Elk Mtn II fire burned all the way around it last summer.
