Well good people, we've received a little more than 12 inches of powder here in N-E Maryland. Because of our high humidity, most of our snow is wet and heavy. But, today it was dry and light which makes for easy shovelling. Our Neighbor's 20 year old daughter came over and ran the snow blower while I shoveled what she couldn't reach. In the mean time, my wife Nancy busied herself in the kitchen baking and cooking. It seems these wintery days brings out memories of warm fires and sweet smells from the oven. And, today has been like a trip back into our childhood around the Alias Spread.

The experts predict another 6 to 8 inches overnight for this area. So, Sunday travel will be limited to going from one room to another, and another turn at the snow shovel and the blower. But, that's alright, We're both feeling Just like kids again.

We hope your day has been as good as ours.....gfp

We're fixin' ta find out. Calling for 12-18, and as much as 24 right here on the water. Colder'n a politicians heart, so it should be fluffy stuff. Postabe windy too, so it'll drift like a bugger.

Keep this up, we might actually get a winter worth calling winter!

Surprising, You're not but about 30 miles east of me, and I got 6.5 inches here at the Stonepile, and not expecting but 1 or 2 inches more. Gonna get windy and pile it up tomorrow.
Jim over here on the Balt. - Harford county line.
