Dull knife and pliers, that'll "fix" the problem.

Solomon has that beat    Posted 01-24-2005 at 14:16:43       [Reply]  [No Email]
The Bible has him with 700 wives and 300 concubines!!!!!What a guy!!!
BTW-most folks believe there are no contraditions in the Bible, yet it states that Solomon was wisest of all men. He has 700 wives and still called wise? I don't think so!!!!!
ron,ar-not the wisest, but not the dumbest either:^)

Contrary to the post below, the women are not blond, at least not naturally if you understand my meaning. The Ford family is always in the paper here for all the wrong reasons. The extended Ford family is very active in Memphis politics and all but one of them is more than a few bricks shy of a load. You never know what they will do or say next.

The sad part of it all is that Memphis keeps electing them. It's a case of it's our turn now.

I will say that the son that was elected to the US House of Rep is well thought of locally.

Would that be Harold Ford? Wasn't there a Wendell Ford in Congress at one time? Same family?

Don't know about a Wendell. Have only been in the Memphis area since about 1985. You are almost right about Harold though. There were two Harolds. Harold Sr was quite a joke, almost but not quite as bad as John. Harold Jr seems to have his head screwed on right. Don't know how he turned out as good as he did. They must consider him the Black sheep of the family.

Yet another witness that "survival of the fittest (smartest)" is not applicable in our "civilized" society. And that's a real shame.

EJ ... who hates stupid people.

I heard that...    Posted 01-24-2005 at 13:21:44       [Reply]  [No Email]
Not bad work if you can get it...

I'll polish my resumé...

I saw that somewhere earlier today. I have my hands full with 1 woman and 1 set of kids. That guy must be nutz. What's he got? 3 women, 6 kids and another on the way?
That'd be enough to make ya wanna tear yer hair out.
