after i posted the previous message i noticed a coupla boo-boo's. when usuing the "back" button here is erases your text and you have to type the thing over again. anyone know why the text is erased ?

In IE, try deleting your cookies and off-line content.

I had that problem in Internet Explorer, like the others did. With Firefox I don't. What I learned to do was "select all" of my entry, and right-click "copy". Then if I needed to go back for correction and it was gone, all I had to do was "paste" and I could work on it and re-send.

That is what I do, too, Donna.
I am using Firefox now and it has not been happening.
I had not thought of that being the reason though.

I think it's an IE problem or setting. I can't do it either on IE but I can on Firefox or Opera.

I think it's your browser, or settings maybe? I'm the last one to ask, lol! But when I used Internet Explorer it erased it when I would go back. Now with FireFox it's still there when i go back...go figure...
