Thermometer? Hole for probe? Want a source for a remote digital?

Got Wood?

What is first?

Butt, Brisket or ribs?

I have been thinking about some good spare ribs for a while.

damper is a metal disc that will cover the top of the stack. it will turn/slide across the top to open as little or much as you want. picture does not show it. stack is 24" tall to keep smoke away from the "grillmaster".
