Hogman covered EVERYTHING,and very well, too. We have one in a little cage right now, trying to keep it alive. Fred says, every piglet counts financially. That's crap. He's a softie. He's already invested more in forumulas and bottles etc, than that pig will ever be worth. I believe in letting nature take it's course, but I don't blame him for trying.

Hmmm. I believe that, too.

My folks taught me every critter deserves a chance. Those loserís what made it were the most entertaining and a couple of them managed to make pets, when I was a kid.
Might say, it was a learning experience, thatís saved a few lives since. a couple upright folks and a many horizontal lesser animals.

To each his own's conscious dictates I guess.
Go Fred!!!!!

Many's the winter morning I came downstairs to pigs, lambs, even a calf one time, in a box next to the stove.

And wonder what's cooking? LMAO Sorry!
How about calves in the tub or shower, then languishing in the kitchen. (grin) And, ducks (domestic & wild), neighbors pets, and critters Iíve forgotten. (smiles)

Hogman, my mama had a soft spot in her heart for every little helpless thing on earth. I have seen her care for a runt pig with as much love as any mother ever bestowed on her child. And, with her loving touch she'd often times bring em around to where the wee ones grew to be the pride of the litter.........gfp
