Winter just stopped around here?? 95+% of all the snow melted and no way my lake is going to fill up now! Wife said why do you make me a riding areana in the middle of it since it is nice dirt and flat. I could build her a nice 400 X 600 ft flat circle to train them on no problem with the tractor. One thing the weather people (and fire people)say we are having the worst no snow winter in 30 years! This will cause the 2005 Fire Season to be a real bad one and probley keep me working this year a lot!! In 8 years living here I have never seen it this way befor?? Mark H.

Just heard last night January closed out at 6.5" here in Maryland, exactly January's average for us. Surprised me, because it sure didn't seem like we've had much this year.

That sure is a lot of driveway. Kinda like plowing, besides the money, the peace and quiet.
A few steep ones I'm not too fond of but that goes with the job.
Gotta go to the post office and get the rest of the bills out to the customers. Maybe catch a doughnut and Snapple while there!
